2. Personal data
Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We collect only the data required for contact, inquiries or the business relationship.
3. Contact and holiday inquiries
When the inquiry form is submitted, the entered contact, travel and occupancy data is transferred securely to the web server and sent to Haus Panorama by email. A hashed IP address is processed briefly to prevent automated misuse.
4. Online availability and Booking.com
For a regular online booking inquiry, travel dates, adults, number of children and children’s ages are passed to Booking.com as URL parameters. Availability checks and booking take place there.
5. Business relationship
Data provided during a booking or stay is processed to provide and administer the service. Required transfers may take place for the tourism levy and Sommercard.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
This website itself does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
7. Server data
The hosting provider may process technically necessary access data in server logs. This serves secure operation and troubleshooting.
8. External links
The website links to external services. Their content is not embedded. A connection is made only when a link is opened.
9. People in images
Recognisable people are published only on the basis of consent or another legal permission.
10. Data security
Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. Appropriate measures protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
11. Data subject rights
Under the GDPR, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints can be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
